To order a cake please submit an order enquiry form with a clear and detailed description of the cake you would like. We will respond via email within 2-4 working days to confirm the booking and offer a price quote. All communication and instructions for payment will be made via email once you have submitted your order enquiry form.

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure there is enough time for us to plan, order supplies, bake and decorate your cake. On occasion we may be able to fulfil orders made with less than 4 weeks in advance but this is dependant on availability.

Unfortunately we are unable to cater to specific allergies or offer dairy-free or gluten-free cakes. Please note that, although our cakes do not contain nuts, they may contain traces of nuts. For more information on allergens please visit our page here.

We recommend storing your cake in a fridge to keep it fresh. However, our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature so take your cake out of the fridge 1 hour before serving and enjoy!
Store any leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge to keep it fresh.

Yes! You can collect your order from our address in Bingham, Nottinghamshire (exact address and pick-up information will be given when order is confirmed). Our collection days are Tuesday - Friday, 12pm - 6pm.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery for our celebration cakes or cupcakes. If you are ordering for a wedding or a large event please let us know and we can discuss delivery and set-up options.
